A pilot of the first Russian Stroke Patient Admission Management Center has been launched on the basis of Primorye Regional Hospital no. 1. The project aims at ensuring constant support and the fastest possible routing of a stroke patient from ambulance call until treatment. Artificial intelligence speeds up and facilitates tactical medical decision-making by doctors.
The Center is directly connected to the Medical Digital Diagnostic Center (MDDC) platform. CT Stroke algorithm helps doctors to evaluate the scale of brain damage, ASPECTS Scale measures early brain changes during stroke while CT Angiography identifies blood clots. Complex screening saves time and reduces diagnostic mistakes.
