To mark the Russian Students Day, the Simulation Clinic at Astrakhan State Medical University was presented. The purpose of the clinic is to train future health professionals, and attention will primarily be given to first aid skills in emergency simulation. SberMedAI presented its AI-based solutions to students during the event.
SberMedAI’s AI-based solutions in health care have already been launched as pilot projects and implemented in many Russian regions. An MDDC FAP enables doctors to carry out the main functional and diagnostic tests, process data with AI algorithms and contact medical specialists quickly. At the Simulation Clinic at Astrakhan State Medical University it was shown to students how this hardware and software complex can be used for diagnosis, remote consultations between doctors and for establishing a tentative diagnosis using the TOP 3 diagnosis algorithm or ECG processing by the AI-based service.
Students were also told about retrospective analysis of CT images of the chest to detect cancer at early stages. The updated CT Lungs multipurpose service can automatically analyze the image and find 10 diseases, including lung cancer and COVID-19.
